3rd Trimester Parent Teacher Conference Forms were sent home with students today during Advisory.  Please note there should be a correction made to the form- the days of the week printed are incorrect- it should read:  Wednesday, May 2, 2012 & Thursday, May 3, 2012. The form available on the website has been corrected.  Please complete your conference request form as soon as possible, as spaces are limited.  All forms must be returned to the main office no later than Friday, April 27, 2012.  Also, please make sure that you indicate your student's teachers that you wish to schedule a conference with.  Confirmations of scheduled times will be sent home with your student's through their Advisory teacher, unless you provide an email address or fax number.
