A wave of technology upgrades has arrived at GLPS. Thanks to community support for the 2007 bond project, every teacher in the district now has an Apple MacBook and the wireless network is in place across the district. Elementary buildings have multiple "smart carts" equipped with a digital projector and a document camera. Every middle and high school teacher has a digital projector, and each media center at the secondary level has several document cameras available for teachers.

For Beagle and Hayes MS, Grand Ledge HS and Willow Ridge Elementary, construction documents are on track to be completed for bidding during the winter of 2009. The work will begin this spring and summer.
